Was only a one night stop-over before catching the ferry to PP next morning and served us perfectly well - even included breakfast too. Room was basic but comfy and clean.

The staff were great could not fault them at all made me feel very welcome when they found out the reason i was staying there (my wife was in hospital across the road) they asked every day how she was and when i checked out my wife was in the taxi and they came down to see her and wish her well what a great staff they have there.

We really liked the character and style of accomadation. There has been a recent renovation and this was visabe. We stayed in te royal phuket a year ago for slightly less however memory on on was much better. The location allowed us to walk to the Sunday market and the reception arranged our ferry to Koh Lanta. We are not big lovers of phuket town

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The decor was incredible, it made me feel like I was in a b & b in Europe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in booking buses etc. The location was ideal right in the middle of the old town! Overall, I believe this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Staff is really helpful when booking tours etc. You get 50% discount off the spa next door which was really good. Beds were massive and comfy. Nice shower and big rooms. Hotel is really good but the location and food let it down.

I LOVED staying here and wished I could have stayed longer! The lady working at the desk was really nice. The room was amazing, very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. There was not a single ant or fly in my room the whole time... overall practically perfect.

Large, airy light room, everything worked well, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of the old town, interesting temples and markets and it was easy to commute to beaches.
