Hotel is new, clean and withing a walking distance from 7/11 :-). - Was only a one night stop-over before catching the ferry to PP next morning and served us perfectly well - even included breakfast too. Room was basic but comfy and clean.

  Cool hotel, very new (just 1 year), unfortunately we arrived very late and just slept at the hotel, did not have the chance to use it at all, but it seemed to good for short stays. - Clean, laundry, air-conditioning, new hostel, motorbike renting, near to sushi restaurant, supermarket, ATM, coffee and drinks as well.

I needed to arrange for a ferry out the next morning & mentioned it to them in an email & when I arrived they had it all arranged for me. He is offering for dropping us at weekend market and motorbike rent also. The room also so big and clean and the cleaning service also so polite. Will definitely back here again - I LOVED staying here and wished I could have stayed longer! The lady working at the desk was really nice. The room was amazing, very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. There was not a single ant or fly in my room the whole time... overall practically perfect.

  The design was very nice. Price was very low, compared to the location and facilities. Very friendly and funny staff. In the middle of old town Phuket, so excellent for exploring this not so touristic part of Phuket.   We enjoyed the quiet location of Nchantra, it is peaceful yet just 15 minutes away from Phuket town and about 1 hour away from the busy beach Patong. Each residence is well appointed, we took a sea front residence, totally charming with its three stories, private swimming pool, jacuzzi, roof top, etc. All is there for a peaceful and relaxing holid... what people say » ay... Many thanks to Mr. Higginbotham, the general manager of the resort for his precious assistance and to the staff whom have made our stay memorabl - This is paradise. I will come back again and again, as this was the perfect place. We have grown-up children, and we had the best time ever. The view is amazing, the staff is friendly and wonderful, the food is good, breakfast is superb... I hope to come back soon!

  Guesthouse is good. We got an email 2 days before arrival asking if we would arrive after 9pm, as the reception usually closes at this hour. In our case this was excellent, as we arrived with the last plane.
