Good daily service, pool towels available & a comfor - large bottles of water each day. nice big pool. four lounge chairs around pool (please put cushions on chairs). lots of towels for pool. staff very friendly and knowledgeable and very accommadating. lots of transportaion right out the door. restaurants close by easy walk to night market. many tiour operators in area. rooms large and clean not crowded easy to walk anywhere or rents bikes cars motor bkies from here very positive experience and stay

  Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. An example was that one day after a heavy day walking around temples and looking forward to a nice rela - The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

Next time we will spend at least 5 day - hotel location was central, we booked the executive suite which was very nice and had a great view. Staff are very professional and helpful. Though the facilities are not the newest and the most fashionable, it doesn't mean you won't have a comfortable living quality! If yo - We loved our stay at Riverside House, the staff were really sweet, the pool lovely and clean, the location is excellent to the night market and within walking distance of the old city. Breakfast was basic but fine, rooms cleaned daily, lots of space to relax in and really laid back.

  We went in the hot season, just before the rainy season, so the place was quiet and we got a great deal on a pool-side room. The weather held (mostly) but was extremely hot - up to 38c at times, so the pool (and aircon) were a blessing. The room was beautiful and well cleaned but the real highlight is the place itself - from the classic Lanna styl... what people say » e entrance 'building' which is very pretty, especially lit up at night, the waterfalls, ponds, trees (you need to read the notes pinned on them!), scu - We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed at KP for 3 nights in one of the 94 sqm Lanna villas. That was a great deal well worth the extra 50USD/night for enjoying full privacy, private garden, outdoor jacuzzi, massage tables and steam room. KP site is well kept, the room service spotless, the breakfast royal (bit weak on the pastries though), the staff very friendly and access to downtown made hassle free thanks to the KP shuttle bus (book it well in advance especially on WE) or you can always book a cab

  I just looved this place! Fantastic retreat in the middle of the city! Just around the corner from the night market. You can walk to the old center i 15- 20 min. The swimming pool is really relaxing. The breakfast area is just lovely with a good coice of food and great relaxing atmosphere. Waiters are particularly nice and smiley. I read reviews about the mosquitos and I was worried since I am very sweet blo - Even though Yaang Come Village was close to the city centre and night bazaar you truly felt you were removed from all the hustle and bustle as it was set back from the main road and surrounded by trees. It was beautifully set out and the staff were very helpful.The rooms were very clean and there were lots of lovely little touches such as the flowers and the turn down service at night.The pool was great too!!
