The fact that this resort was a few hundred meters from the most commercial/crowded areas made it a calm place to relax. Although there was a mistake taking our booking, the manager acted quickly to resolve our issue. A walk into Chaweng is about 15-20 mins, passing some cool bars, restaurants and shops on your way.   It's our 10th anniversary honeymoon and we booked garden room with dip pool. We arrived with full of surprises. The smiley faces with warm hospitality, bed decoration, celebration cake and a bottle of sparkling wine. Our room was flooded on the first night due to rain storm. To apologize for the disaster, we were compensat - Most amazing resort I've ever stayed in. We were greeted with a beautiful personalised message on our bed and gorgeous notes and gifts each day.   I stayed with my 14 year old son at this resort for 4 nights, in the middle of July. And we had an amazing stay! The staff were outstanding, even though the resort was fully booked. Always smiling and serviceminded. Rooms are nice (we booked the cheapest room and were happy, because nobody was walking along our room, and there were no noise as at the rooms near the swimming pool and beachfront rooms).
