The fact that this resort was a few hundred meters from the most commercial/crowded areas made it a calm place to relax. Although there was a mistake taking our booking, the manager acted quickly to resolve our issue. A walk into Chaweng is about 15-20 mins, passing some cool bars, restaurants and shops on your way.   The reception can help organise taxis to the airport and other places at a reasonable price, it's in a perfect location, clean with helpful staff. Free breakfast which was lovely.   First of all the staff was very friendly,helpful and polite. With a big smile and they give us everything we need.You file like you are in a family. The girl in the reception is excellent. The rooms are big,clean with everything you need inside (fridge,air con,drinking water every day,towels and wardrobe). The rooms are big,clean and comfortable with air con,big beds and fridge with drinking water every day. The position is great in the center and by the beach. I will definately stay there in my next visit.

  Excellent Staff; very very friendly and helpful people!! The receptionist is always smiling and the owner is from Turkey with a thai partner .. All are very helpful .. Whenever I needed their help(even at the night time) they didn't hesitate to help me about anything.. Also tipped me about the tours at the island ..   It's our 10th anniversary honeymoon and we booked garden room with dip pool. We arrived with full of surprises. The smiley faces with warm hospitality, bed decoration, celebration cake and a bottle of sparkling wine. Our room was flooded on the first night due to rain storm. To apologize for the disaster, we were compensat - Most amazing resort I've ever stayed in. We were greeted with a beautiful personalised message on our bed and gorgeous notes and gifts each day.   I stayed with my 14 year old son at this resort for 4 nights, in the middle of July. And we had an amazing stay! The staff were outstanding, even though the resort was fully booked. Always smiling and serviceminded. Helpful and kind staff, the best beach that we saw in the island (this part of Chaweng is not so noisy and dirty), clean sand, sea. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are nice (we booked the cheapest room and were happy, because nobody was walking along our room, and there were no noise as at the rooms near the swimming pool and beachfront rooms).
