  The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out... what people say » their problem. Everyone is very friendly,helpful - We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It´s a nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very clean and it´s high standard. The stuff are very friendly and helpful and give you the best service. And it´s very silent and peaceful inside the hotel.

  The staff were always smiling and very gracious to us, they opened all the doors for us like royalty! I was especially impressed with the bellhop who brought our bags up into the room and walked us through all the amenities in the room, this rarely ever happens! The room we were given was a huge suit-like room, with a "walk-in" bathroom, complete ... what people say » with rain shower and bathtub. LIT Hotel is a 5 min walk away from National Stadium BTS and the same time away from MBK shopping centre, it is very con - The proximity of the hotel is really good for those on a shopping trip. Siam Paragon, Central World, Digital Discovery, Siam Discovery, MBK and Siam Square are all within walking distance. The nicest part was the personal touches of the staff to remember our names and chatted with us whenever they see us. They even came to see us off as we left the hotel. I'm definitely booking this hotel when I revisit Bangkok.

  The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies. After speaking to the manager (by this time it was 1am so credit to him for calling me back) I was upgraded - I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the street and enter the other building and go up to the 9th floor. The breakfast is good for the price.

  Loved everthing about Grand diamond. From the time we arriived at reception and the door boy. Breakfast was good, so much food. Service was excellent. Staff was attendtive and happy. The location was perfect for our stop over. Shopping mall was right next door. Siam and mbk was a walk away. The suite was equiped with microwave and fridge. Bath tub... what people say » was big and hot water was perfect after a big day shopping in town.this is not our first time in thailand, and travel quite alot, I would recommend G - I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

The huge buffet breakfast, the pool on the 11th floor with a stunning view over the city skyline, etc. We highly recommend this hotel!
