Hotel offers Thai massage - my mother insists anybody who stays asks for "Rose" - The staff were very friendly and always happy to help out, whether it be calling us a tuk tuk, giving us change for our larger bills, or recommending a good restaurant. They had a complimentary tuk tuk service to the Nana bts station which made our travels in Bangkok so much easier. Their complimentary breakfast was also delicious! Our room was was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend to other travellers. Excellent value for the money.

Everything is as I want it and this will continue to be my preferred residence in Bangkok - Excellent, spacious well eqipped rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I feel like I am at home.   I have a home in Thailand, and I often pass through Bangkok going to/from North When I stay on the Sukhumvit side of town, I often stay at the President Palace, which is very central and only 1/2 a block off of Sukhumvit Road. The rooms are new, fresh, great - The rooms were excellent with kitchenette, washing machine and great decor, two televisions one in sitting area and one in bedroom. I arrived for an early check in after a night flight and the reception staff were accomadting and made a special effort to get me a room with a balconey ( as requested) a soon as possible. Duly got the room after 30 minutes . Great location for entertainment and restaurants. Secuirty good. Seven eleven store just over the road for food and drinks.
