You get the best location for this price. Langsuan is safe and nice to walk even late at night, with everything you'll ever want within reach (including a great massage place next door - call Langsuan Spa and Nail Care - that opens till midnight for those who have business during the day). Walking to bts is easy and makes it possible to go anywhere you want. Best - European type coffee at the breakfast - no drip coffee here :-). Staff are courteous and not intrusive. all reviews » The greatest forte of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in a chic area with numerous fine restaurants and it is just 5-7 min walk from/to Chi Lom BTS as well as the Skywalk (overground passageway) connecting all the major shopping malls in the area. Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special. We enjoyed our stay at Centre Point Chid. It is near the sky train, about a ten minutes walk. The hotel provides a tuk tuk to and from the sky train too. The room was comfortable and spacious. It has a kitchenette with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. There was quite a good of variety of food for breakfast. The staff were friendly. There are quite a lot of good eating places near the hotel. It is walking distance to most malls, if not take the sky train just a stop or two away from most malls and attractions. Friendly english speaking staff quick check in and ability to use facilities after check out to freshen up before flights (shower room bathroom) Secure - need pass to use lift. Everyone was very helpful recieved a free up grade to a bigger room free of charge. Second time staying here - have renovated premises since very nice! Hot water in the shower/bath comes in wave, so you'll have to time your wash - but this is very common in Thailand. The AC was very loud. Being a light sleeper, I had to turn it off for the night. The air con at the balcony was quite noisy, especially if one is a light sleeper. The bath tub has a shower attached, no separate shower room. The gym although very good for a hotel could have been better equipt - noting the hitel does have long term guests and residence. Nothing at all. Comparatively expensive maybe, but Worth every penny. Every time my mobile phone goes to sleeping mode, wifi got disconnected. This was a pain to enter the user ID and PW every time. Location is a bit far from the shopping mall, takes about 20mins walk from hotel to Zen. Hotel has free tuktuk drove to the mrt, but the time taking tuktuk to the mrt = walking to the mrt due to the one way road n force to make a big circle. AC a bit noisy, restaurant food so so. None. Practically the traffic, once you hit 4pm onwards, the main road was packed and it will take you some time to reach this hotel. But if you are taking BTS, it is walking distance. Also, the breakfast selection was quite limited. It would be good if they can have more variety. The location is not very central, but it is really not far and they do have free tuk-tuk service to get you to the train station or near by malls. 1) language skills (English) of personnel were very poor but they tried always to do their best. Walking to the Skytrain is a little too far to be comfortable, especially with bags. Shower temperature was impossible to keep constant and varied between too hot and too cold all the time. the aircon created alot of noise in the middle of the night. the windows were not locked properly - not sound-proof too. well it is a small thing, they don't have tissue paper in the room accept toilet role, which is not good for such wonderful hotel, a part from that every thing is perfect. Air con unit positioned outside but next to bed was a little on the noisey side. After staying for four days left for Chiang Mai, and on return to Bangkok - returned to hotel as prior arranged for 10 hour before going to airport - had to pay for a full day rate and were not allowed the breakfast. Nothing. Size of servings and quality of food at the restaurant in the hotel were a little disappointing for the price, especially considering the excellent breakfast buffet they served. But that's being quite nitpicky to be honest... There is a construction works back side of the hotel, but it isn't disturb. The air con unit outside the window could be a little noisy. 500Baht per head for breakfast for stayhing guest is asking too much hotel website should have information on airport transfer. The only estaurant was suitable for breakfast only. There is no alternative or upscale restaurant and no bar. However, there are plenty of alternatives in the locality. Fopr this I strongly recommend teh Mews Hotel jsut a few doors away, with good restaurants and a stunning rooftop bar. The staff were not that helpful and the breakfast was poor, especially considering the price! Location was far away from the Palace and temples. We did not like Bangkok at all! Compared to Chiang Mai, the people are rude and the city is so busy and a lot of people try to rip you off! We couldn't wait to leave!. Room service menu limited,location on one way street going away from sukhimvit road but only 10 min walk. Nothing. Nothing to say. Too much time taken while checking in. Second checkin should have been faster as the staff had all details. Nothing to say. pool too small, room was small too. Location is just a little too far away from Chit Lom station to be tackled on foot with kids and bags. If you want to be in the 'heart' of it, this may not be the place for you. A bit far from the metro stations. the hotel should offer more comfort, the bed is not comfortable and the décor of the room is too bland. A little bit away from BTS station. nothing it was all good. When we arrived the tuck tuck was in mentainance the whole 4 days that we stayed there.. Its alittle pit far the train station about 7-10 minutes walking.. Some of the staff there are inexperienced.
