  efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.

  The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. Excellent selection of foods at buffet breakfast, perfectly located, clean and very comfortable room, clean throughout the hotel, room was quiet when windows were closed (we were there late October so weather is not hot), definately recommend this hote... what people say » l and will gladly stay there again. - The staff were very friendly, the rooms were modern and clean, the location was terrific (smack in the middle of the main street in th old town), and the breakfast was very nice with the option of courtyard seating. There was always fresh fruit available at the front desk and they even had umbrellas for guests to borrow (which came in handy).
