The breath-taking view of the mountains. Truly enjoyed time at the hotel despite the price! Spa/pool/sauna and view from the balcony was especially great. Everything were great. This one of the best hotel I stayed on my life. I really invited them to establish one in Ksa or Dubai. They are most welcomed. Thx. This is what I really can call a 5 stars hotel. You feel special and you get a positive answer for all your questions. Excellent reception and great staff. The hotel itself was like a castle. Its so beautiful, and the rooms we booked were both beautiful! The view from our rooms were magnificent. Too luxurious? The restaurants are too fancy. 35 chf for parking. Too expensive in general. Not much value for money. Terrible tv system that keeps stalling. Michelin star restaurant was close due to summer brake. No thing. Only one: no coffee machine inside the room. nothing. The mattress un comfortable. The moderness. Wen you book the room the photo in the web site show more bigger .... But I wasn't happy at all with size if the room.
