  The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Darling rooms, with great decor, and reasonable price for Switzerland.

  Big appartment with a real kitchen, not a kitchenette. With a (small) dishwasher! Smart way to distribute keys: no reception necessary, guests can arrive any time of day. A very economical way to stay in Zurich. - Easily accessible without staff present, free laundry service was very helpful, spacious, clean, great WiFi.

  The apartment was in walking distance from the old town and the city. The Internet was great. The kitchen was nice and modern though the oven tray was not clean. - Clean and reactive team to fix the few issues. Parking in the area quite easy at night.

  The Apartment was very nicely maintained, very comfortable 03 Tram station (Tram 11 & 14) from the Main Zurich station. Very Nice connectivity and Good Homely environment. - The roo was spotless, check-in and chec-out fast. The frondesk staff kindly arranged a early check in for us. Everything was just perfect

  + It is almost staying in an actual house.The rooms are equipped with everything you need (fridge, TV, table, chairs, toilette paper, shampoo, soap, towels, pottery, iron, ironing board, clothes horse, clothes hanger, a nice balcony etc.). + I like the fact that rooms are really clean and the location is not bad. + Not too far from the hauptbahn... what people say » hof in a pretty active area. + Super easy to check-in and check-out. - This appartment is about as complete as you'll get - except for a decent cutting knife, perhaps. The kitchen has a fantastic stove and even a dish washer, which is ideal if you intend to stay for a few days. Our room also had an excellent table which can be used for eating or working.

  The room is small about 20 m2 with WC-bathroom (if we don't count the terrace) but it has good facilities : iron, ironing table, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, dining table,cooking utensils (pot, pan, boiling dish, spoon, fork, knife, spatula, ...), dishes, four mugs, wardrobe. You can also come right to the hotel form airp - Cozy and clean apartments. Very simple check-in procedure. Apartments are equipped with everythig you need. Exellent location. Only two tram stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof, stop for tram #10 which goes to airport is in ten meters from building, supermarket coop is opposite building, a lot of cafes and restaurants around, only 10 minutes walking to the old city and Zurich lake.

  Very neat room, spacious, pleasant in atmosphere, comfortable bed, great shower, all necessary equipment and features: what I would expect from a 3 stars hotel (or even 4). So really, incredible for the money!! Location is extremely convenient (easy connections to hb and center through tram: 10mn). Had no problem with /returning the key, and not s... what people say » ure why other people had: frankly, it couldn't be simpler! As long as you enter the correct code of course, but it is very clear and well explained. T - No reception but key is easy to collect from the box on the wall. The room is soooooo big for the price if you just visited tourism place like Venice.... It is clean and safe,modern decoration, a balcony with table and chairs. Close to the tram station which takes about less than 15 minutes travel to train station. I even forgot to take the key with me while going out for a walk, after calling reception the kind lady patiently instruct me the way to get in. Would come back again.

  We were looking for a place to spend the night enroute to our travel destination. For the price to value ratio, this rooms was perfect. The self-check in instructions was very clear and we had no problems. The whole check in/out process was simple and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for a good nights rest. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and equipped with all modern amenities. Use of the high-speed internet computer and satellite TV (included in the price), is a unique feature. Situated perfectly (7 mins on tram to the Hauptbahnhof (sp?) main station) and within 200 metres of a supermarket. Kitchenette was perfect for cooking breakfast/lunch so as to avoid very expensive meals out too often. Bathroom spotless with very good shower and fantastic, new whirlpool bath which fit two people no problem.

  Perfect location if you do business in Oerlikon. A small kitchen had everything needed for cooking a meal in the evening. Price per night is very budget friendly - Close to Swissotel where I had an event to attend. Reasonable price, room with furnished kitchen and fridge - very helpful. 15 minutes drive from airport.
