  The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant there is excellent... what people say » , breakfast lunch and dinner - Location was great, right outside downtown. Excellent roof top patio, and lovely restaurant. Darling rooms, with great decor, and reasonable price for Switzerland.

  Booked a single room, got a huge double one. Checked in earlier than I expected. Excellent breakfast. The location, while not excellent, is very good - the bus/tram station is right in front of the hotel, with a tram ride to the center taking 7 minutes. I had no trouble getting there even late in the evening. Fast Internet (but requires you to log... what people say » in each time). - Good location. 8 stops by bus No.14 from Zurich HB main railway station. convenient to find super market and restaurant nearby. The staffs are friendly. The room is small and clearn, with sufficent function (esp. considering the reasonable price).

  Excellent facilities, good clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English (sadly I do not speak german) and a good location for getting into the centre of Zurich and the Bahnhof (tram outside the door - tickets available from reception). Have stayed there at least twice before and can thoroughly recommend this Hotel as a base for exploring not only... what people say » the city but the surrounding area as well. - Friendly staff. Helpful. Good location once you get to know tramdetails. Overall excellent stay.
