The staff very kindly ungraded us to a unit at EMA House, Nordstrasse 1 (hence the ratings do not apply to that at Unterstrass though it is next door). Besides, they were always most helpful and attentive to any queries and requests.
Both hotels are 2 tram stops away from the main train station.
Families with children might enjoy the park accessible via a flight of steps west of the hotel. We enjoyed quiet strolls in the park which has a children's playground.all reviews
I got an upgrade to larger apartment for free. The rooms were very well furnished, equipped with modern technique WiFi is everywhere, kitchen has lots of plates, jars, microwave and dishwasher. Keep it up!.
