Very close to the city center, museums, restaurants, bars (10 min walk). Excellent service from the first moment of our arrival. Reception staff speak English, Spanish, French and German. Indoor parking service (Very important in winter!). Nice breakfast. The rooms, restaurant, bar and lobby have a beautiful classic furniture very neat and clean.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very friendly and home-like, I liked it. The video on Zurich and its sights on TV, it was a good thing.Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Lovely rooms with quality fittings. Quiet.staff are very helpfull. the hotel very good located and nice also only 5 minutes walk to the main station , everything was good . the bed mattress was soft and we could not sleep at the first night , we asked the housekeeping to change it to us and they manage to but a wooden board underneath it to support the matters than it is OK . so all in all we did enjoy our stay .Very comfortable bed - not a combination of single-bed mattresses like elsewhere in Switzerland. Modern facilities in room. A couple of blocks from bars/restaurants in old town.very helpful staff, especially Edmond. He showed me how to get concert tickets when the tickets i bought from the broker didn't arrive. Location. In spite that the hotel policy does not allow smoking, some corridors and the bar still have the smell of cigar/cigarrette. The parking fee was a little bit expensive.The breakfast should be included in the price, I think.bed was too soft. Internet access not free (like in most other hotels in Switzerland where we stayed) - swisscom rates were very expensive. A couple of blocks from bars/restaurants in old town.The breakfast could be better.They did not take phone messages and the answering service was poor.
