  I was lucky, upgraded to the suite. Very comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom and a view of the Matterhorn. The hotel was comfortable and beautifully decorated like a game lodge.   Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

  Free wifi, close to station - The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have space in the bedroom and a balcony. It was an excellent location. The extra touches were really nice - ie a basket of apples by the elevator.

  A very warm welcome by staff!! All the staff were very friendly and they spoke English (enough to understand essential things). Some of them also spoke a bit of Italian. The room was very very clean and large enough to stay comfortably, with 2 closets. The bathroom was also very clean. The storage space to keep cosmetics on the wall was really use... what people say » ful. The breakfast was of a good quality foods, varieties of ham&cheeses, crispy croissants, fresh fruits and yogurts were delicious. We tried loc - Ther staff were very helpful, extra bed -no problems immediate, a vegetarian meal - right away no questions. changed faulty kettle immediately. Good food and everything with a smile. Even gave me ice for the cooler -- hard even to find ice in Switzerland.
