  Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

  I can't say enough good about this place. The staff were all excellent, bending over backward to make our stay enjoyable. They hung a welcome sign on our room. They left a personally written welcome postcard in the room. When we arrived, they gave us a drink of our choice on the terrace and told us about Zermatt.   The staff was amazing. They promptly picked us up at the train station upon our arrival. We stayed there for seven days and where continually impressed! We had a few restaurants we wanted to eat at, but left the rest up to their recommendations. They made lunch and dinner reservations for us and every one was excellent! The break - Modern, comfortable and cozy hotel with Matterhorn views. A short walk from the center, fine for us as we preferred the quieter location. Make sure to book the complimentary transfer from the train station, the walk is a little uphill and can be slippery and difficult with luggage. The warm afternoon drinks on the patio was a perfect welcome. Saunas and hot tub were very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Good breakfast.   We had the highest floor, which was a suite with two rooms. Loved it. Absolutely beautiful. We could see the Matterhorn from our bed. - Excellent staff, room, location and food. I am amazed that it isn't rated in Michelin and Gault Millaut!

I was treated like a king the entire stay and felt sad to leave. Everything was better than my highest expectations.
