  One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive. Especial details such as candies in the lobby, apples and even the fact that they changed the rugs in the elevator with the day of the week printed. The girls in the reception were extremely helpful especially the one who helped me find the nearest phone shop ... what people say » and the one that suggested the outlet in Mendrisio - We arrived early, but were promptly given rooms. While they finalized they details, we were given coffee and biscuits. Service was excellent. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were all very pleasant. We felt like we had the run of the house. I visited with friends for a girl's get away, but will definitely return with my husband and daughters!

  Close to the Casino. Have been to a few 3 star's in Italy and this is definately one of the best, stunning view of lake and mountains, obviously rooms have been renovated, comfortable bed, descent sized bathroom, nice restaurant for dinner, good Italian buffet breakfast. Don't expect english buffet. Very helpful and friendly staff. - Great attitude... what people say » of staff.   This hotel was very nice and very clean. A great value for the money. It is very close to the shopping and restaurants. I was there for the Ascona Jazz Festival and I found this hotel to be extremely well located for that purpose. - Free Parking
