Good location, plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate area, although if you want to explore Interlaken fully, this hotel is up at one end. However we only used it as a base and we had a car, so the amount of stuff around the hotel was adequate for our evening strolls. Staff great. We had a free upgrade to a suite. We loved everything about the hotel. The facilities were wonderful and the food was delicious. We absolutely loved the different types of sauna and the heated outdoor pool. -

Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

The hotel size is intimate although it has more than 50 rooms. The staff is very personal and attentive. The quality of the facilities is impeccable and the location was ideal for staying in the village, without being inside and hearing any noise.

hotel till we left, when we reached the guy in the parking was waiting
for us with our name and room number, the reception girl didnt took
any grantee money from us and when we left we found in our car small
bag with water in our car
