Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Always on hand to assist wherever they can. Excellent Thai restaurant downstairs - but reserve a table it gets VERY busy. Friendliness of staff. Overall it was excellent - particularly good was the evening meal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast. Not at all - great find!. Perhaps we would try and stay on the third floor - left does not reach fourth floor.
