  I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is family run and they made me feel very welcome. The building has lots of historic charm (its almost 120 years old) but is very clean and well maintained. My single room was spacious and very comfortable. The balcony was an added bonus. The included breakfast had a nice variety. Train station was a walkable distance but the hotel was also willing to p - Very clean throughout and helpful front desk. Attached restaurant had good food and views. Pass supplied free which covered all railways, lifts and cable cars in the area. Good breakfast buffet. Overall this hotel would be good value anywhere in Europe, but especially so given it's in Switzerland.

  This is an extraordinary place sitting all by itself in a mountain valley looking at many glaciers. Dinner by the window with the setting sun is an unforgettable experience! Getting there I would recommend the smaller horse carriage.   Everything was great! Service is perfect. Spa zone is wonderfull. Staff is very welcome. Be ready that you should put on the jacket for a dinner. We enjoyed our stay a lot. - Beautiful setting, lovely rooms, excellent staff and great facilities. Will definitely revisit.
