  Best Beach Resort in Sri Lanka for granted.. I have been to Sri Lanka several times and stayed in Resorts in different beaches like Negombo, Wadduwa, Kalutara, Beruwala, Bentota, Ahang, Kosgoda and Galle. This is my second time to stay in Chaaya Tranz Hotel at Hikkaduwa within three months. It is the best ever I stayed in this country, it is diff... what people say » erent than other Resorts, as it is directly accessed from the main road unlike of other Resorts which you feel they are in remote areas and far from t - Friendly staff who could not do enough for you. The Crab restraunt was exceptional and the chef fantastic. The food rivaled the best mitchelin stared restraunts and was exceptional value for money. As a regular traveller who spends over 90 days each year in hotels this one stands out with its high levels of service.

It's close to communications, and you can catch the bus to villages near by. The breakfast is served by nice staff and consists of tea or coffee, egg, toast and a plate of fresh fruit. The hotel has a nice pool. The owner of the hotel, (Kingsley), is doing everything to make you feel welcome, and always helps you out if there is anything you need. We were happy to stay not right on the beach, cause noise of ocean surf is good but not when it`s 24 hours per day. Staff is friendly, usefull and not obsessive.   Three days at Nippon Villa was a quite pleasant experience. The location and the sea view was ideal. Swimming pool is like an extension of the sea. Very helpful and courteous staff.   The location was excellent. Calmer part of the beach. We stayed in a Deluxe ocean front room and had a beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff. 15 minute walk from the train station or a 150 lkr tuk- tuk ride. The buffet breakfasts were very impressive, western options as well as some Sri Lankan options. Might be not on the shore but I would never agree to change the room there for the one by the ocean because if you go to see this hostels, you'll be shocked by the smell and awful conditions. Booking the room I asked for the good Wifi connection which I need for the job (as it was stated on the websit - Stayed at the Villa in November 2013 for about a week. It is located in the picturesque palm grove. The rooms are clean, spacious. The staff is very nice. Come and you will not regret, optimal quality for the lowest price.

Лучший пляж от Колом - The hotel must have been redecorated from an old building. But they have a very good breakfast and very friendly staffs. I cut my knee by the coral and they have medicine to treat me immediately and it worked very well. They have two kinds of rooms, one is facing the ocean, the other is facing the street. But they have fabulous balcony in the middle of the corridor, you can enjoy a bottle of beer there and the sunset is just in front of you.
