  There was nothing we didn't love about this hotel. The location is great, it is quiet, the view is stunning, the food was great. The interior and decoration is just wonderful and tasteful, the bathrooms are newly renovated, they have a lovely garden with sections for every couple so you don't feel like in a croweded place. It is directly at the beach with is not full at all, actually the beach side was empty although it was h - The hotel is very cute, small and cozy, clean and well located!! The bathrooms are big and recently renovated.The staff is well trained, Danath is one of staff who s got a first class style and flair when serving , and a smile that is contagious!!the chef is a gentleman, always suggesting the best meals , taylor made according to preferences and always double checking our satisfaction!! We were there for only 3 days and it was so hard to leave!! Could spend days lying on that hammock outside!!

  What a treat! Everything was just fantastic- so relaxing, worth every cent. The staff are so friendly, helpful and treat you like royalty. The food was exceptional. Staff set us up on the beach for dinner one night(poolside another), and served the best fresh seafood. Chef was so engaging, and bent over back ways to make our stay amazing. They don't serve alcohol but you can BYO(bring your own) and drink anywhere on the pr - From the check-in at Roman Beach until we left we had the best service from the staff. We went there for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and were surprised by a complimentary cake and a special flower arrangement on the bed. The room was also large, clean and very nice, with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. I have been to Sri Lanka several times and stayed in Resorts in different beaches like Negombo, Wadduwa, Kalutara, Beruwala, Bentota, Ahang, Kosgoda and Galle. This is my second time to stay in Chaaya Tranz Hotel at Hikkaduwa within three months. It is the best ever I stayed in this country, it is diff... what people say » erent than other Resorts, as it is directly accessed from the main road unlike of other Resorts which you feel they are in remote areas and far from t - Friendly staff who could not do enough for you. The Crab restraunt was exceptional and the chef fantastic. The food rivaled the best mitchelin stared restraunts and was exceptional value for money. As a regular traveller who spends over 90 days each year in hotels this one stands out with its high levels of service.

A member of the Villa Tara staff had been waiting for us from the main street all day to guide us up the gorgeous windy village track, across the local railway line, to the most beautiful hidden villa on this little off street path. The manager was a very nice guy that took time to explain many places to go during my stay in Sri Lanka and gave me the map that he had hanging on the wall in his quarters . The night air was cool and very quiet. You can just barely hear the sea. If you lay at night you will see fruit bats flying above head, and the tranquil sound of nature buzzing.

Лучший пляж от Колом - The hotel must have been redecorated from an old building. But they have a very good breakfast and very friendly staffs. I cut my knee by the coral and they have medicine to treat me immediately and it worked very well. They have two kinds of rooms, one is facing the ocean, the other is facing the street. But they have fabulous balcony in the middle of the corridor, you can enjoy a bottle of beer there and the sunset is just in front of you.
