  Three days at Nippon Villa was a quite pleasant experience. The location and the sea view was ideal. Swimming pool is like an extension of the sea. Very helpful and courteous staff. Secure rooms enabled me to stroll around Hikkaduwa with no worries. The best bar in down south makes every evening a memorable one.   The location was excellent. Calmer part of the beach. We stayed in a Deluxe ocean front room and had a beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff. 15 minute walk from the train station or a 150 lkr tuk- tuk ride. The buffet breakfasts were very impressive, western options as well as some Sri Lankan options.   Location is everything, Rita's fronts onto the best part of the beach and is close to the best surf break in Hikkaduwa. Very helpful staff and a pleasant environment to stay in.
