The rest of the staff non-existent - Perfect location, design of the hotel. Parking: This is not a downside of the hotel, but be prepared that it is indeed as difficult as described by others! The hotel can be found easily with a gps, but the streets are extremely (!) narrow, and it is very likely that you need to back out about 300 m unless driving a really small car. There is absolutely no parking in front of the hotel or in a street nearby, making the hotel a quiet and peaceful place in the ancient city.

  Good location, on an easy-to-find street, close to restaurants, sights and shopping area. Nice atmosphere, charmingly decorated with attention to detail. Comfortable room, sound-proof, with large (wide!) bed. The (upstairs) restaurant is stunning and so was the food. We came for dinner and stayed the night, and the hotel is probably better suited... what people say » for that than for just a hotel stay without eating there. Breakfast is simple.   the hotel was close to the train station - only about 10 mins walk, and also close enough to the city centre - 15 mins walk. Hotel was top class with nice rooms and bathroom, and nice swimming pool. Reception staff were all fluent in englissh and very helpful re sights, where to eat etc. would definately stay again. Cant believe how cheap this was ... what people say » for such a nice hotel. - Everything! We were there over Christmas. They did a great job decorating, staff was very friendly. We traveled with our 10month old, they were very accomodating. Only a 6 min walk to trolley into center, or 17 min walk to center. We will definitely stay there again!! Big room and bathroom!
