Exceptionally helpful staff, extremely clean hotel, in a very good position to explore a beatiful city. The close proximity to our son in Spain, as well as the comfort of the hotel.we liked the location very much,the room was spacieus,we had a great time!. its location and the fact it had a car park. Extremely good value for money as over in Triana.This is a good location as some excellent bars on this side of the river and it's only a short walk from main attractions.

It was extremely hot during our stay and I would suggest the hotel considers a roof top terrace with pool this would certainly be a bonus but we loved our stay there.Everything was good for us. Unfriendly and unhelpful attitude of the senior waitress at breakfast!. horrible noise in the backyard, just under our window; airing machine???. 1. Staff was not rude but tactless enough to frustrate you. The guy at the reception desk did not accept my non-spanish but still valid identification. The issue was not this though but his whole arrogant behaviour. 2. In a 3-bed room cleaners were putting soaps, shower gels and shampoos for one or two persons only.The reception staff were not very welcoming, we felt we were a slight inconvenience when we approached the desk. no place for relaxation - no swimming pool. only one member of staff we met could speak english, making communication difficult. Air conditioning not available as this was Winter!!. The toilet had not been cleaned although it had a seal on it to suggest, it had been, however on complaining it was cleaned - could have been cleaned more thouroughly though. This did put me off the hotel which was otherwise fine. One other point, the lift did not go to the underground car park which was not very convenient. Rooms were only hoovered around the furniture, under bed was full of accumulated dust. Floors were hardly washed, not very hygienic.In general I would say that the hotel is nice, even though guys in front desk look like they would prefer to be somewhere else but working in the hotel. As an example: the room that was given to me clearly needed to be hover, fair enough, but no apologize from them...?? is a matter of manners…also, don’t expect gels and shampoos to be replaced because it won’t happen…. Hotel staff was arrogant, not willing to help at all. We requested a taxi service early in the morning, but they failed to inform taxi driver in advance, which made us almost missed our train...

El Hotel Zenit Sevilla is located in de famous quarter of Triana, next to the Guadalquivir river, just 10 min. walking from the Historical Area and very close to the Cartuja island where the Thematic Park of Isla Magica is located and where the Universal Exposition of Expo 92 took place.

From Torre del Oro go straight, cross the Remedios bridge and you will find Cuba square and in the square the second street is Pages del Corro, and we are in number 19.
