The communication before and during our stay was excellent, he is flexible and took the time to recommend restaurants and places of interest when we arrived (which is also compiled in his very own guide in the apartment, along with all manuals and instructions for equipment). Moreover, this apartment is located in the hotspot of urb - Lovely apartment, fresh, clean and bright. Well equipped for a short or long-term stay. Wifi, air conditioning, shower all excellent. Plenty of space and storage; comfortable and stylish. It certainly had everything we needed and more. Brilliant location. Owner was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

  Although she does not speak English the lady at the reception was extremely helpful. Convenient parking for a modest price, city center in walking distance. Good value for money. - Very friendly staff, a good room, comfortable with a good bathroom. There are cafes close by for breakfast.

The room was cleaned every day and the receptionists and cleaners were friendly. - Fantastic hotel in a great location in a quiet street in the old town. There is a better supermarket than those named by the apartment next to the #11 red bus stop (ask at the tourist information). BEST OF ALL... we had a problem with two broken lights and toaster. Next to everything but still in a small street. Only as noisy as the noise was from the the cute bar around the corner. Didn't bother us. Was easy to come and go.   The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were attending a concert that happened to be out of town. The man in reception took out maps, bus timetables etc. and worked out how to get there for us and which bus to take. The woman in the morning was equally as helpful in recommending a good place for breakfast. Before I arrived they went through the extra miles to help me booked my bus and ferry ticket to Morocco. Amazing hospitality when I was there.
