We had a delightful stay at Manuel's apartment! The communication before and during our stay was excellent, he is flexible and took the time to recommend restaurants and places of interest when we arrived (which is also compiled in his very own guide in the apartment, along with all manuals and instructions for equipment).

Lovely apartment, fresh, clean and bright. Well equipped for a short or long-term stay. Wifi, air conditioning, shower all excellent. Plenty of space and storage; comfortable and stylish. It certainly had everything we needed and more. Brilliant location. Owner was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.
Brilliant location right in the heart of Seville, but on a narrow car-less alley so minimal city noise. The meet and greet from the owner was exceptional ..he took a long time to orient us and advise us on the best things to do/see. Excellent apartment well furnished and stocked. Kitchen was almost brand new and had everything you could wish for.
Lovely spacious apartment with everything required for self catering. Manuel lovely and spent a good deal of time explaining local sights, recommended restaurants etc, none of which disappointed. He clearly loves his city and it's catchy!! :) Reliable WIFI connection.
The location is very central. Close to everywhere. Many restaurants and
shops nearby. The owner is very friendly and give a lot of
suggestions/ideas. The equipment inside the apartment is the most
complete that I ever seen during my voyages in Spain.
The size of the apartment and the facilities and amenities within it were were excellent. The owner met us when we arrived and explained much about the unit, the area and the city of Seville.

Be aware that this loft-style apartment is located on the top floor with many narrow stairs to reach it. On the upside, it is authentically baroque Seville and it ensures the well-lit apartment with a view of the Giralda tower.
Nothing! It was great.
Mattresses were soft, small double in main room, so my husband and I alternatively slept on the couch to save sore backs. Four floors up narrow stairs which didn't bother us, but should be noted for those who may mind. Quite noisy at night (street cleaners at 2am etc) and bedrooms backed on to busier street. Noise was muted somewhat in lounge. Don't stay if you are a light sleeper.
Like the other comments, mainly it's about the noise from the street
and no lift. But it's well informed and well anticipated. Should not
be a big problem.
It was up several flights of stairs.
There was nothing that we didn't like but not suitable for families with young children because of the stairs.
Could do with more hot water for an apartment accommodating 4 people.
The floor is a bit dirty. Not cleaned for long time.
Noise and no elevator.
