  The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. Staff were great however, could not be faulted and atmosphere lovely, foo... what people say » d veery good too, some of thee best we had in Seville in fact. - Phenomenal converted palace, 52 individual rooms & suites. Five star service and accommodations located among the twisting calles of Sevilla. Taxi to most locations for 5 to 8 Euro, or walk among the beautiful history of Macarena or the old Jewish section. Highly recommended

  The location was perfect for walking and sightseeing around the old ciy. We loved the decor and the charm of an old, traditional, Sevillan house. The service was both warm, friendly and efficient. We have absolutely no complaints. Would love to return again soon to this darling hotel.   The staff was extremely helpful, polite and professional. They offered information about the city, asked if I needed help with my bags and they informed me that there was a discount for using the parking garage because I stayed at the hotel and various other questions which made me feel very comfortable about staying at this hotel. - Great value f... what people say » or price. Quiet, clean and peaceful room to relax afterbusy days touring in the city. Great breakfast, we paid only for theadults (kid had free access to the buffet).   The room, double, was spacious, comfortable and clean; the bed was very comfortable so we slept well: important when you're walking around town all day! Location was ideal, right in the middle of things that we wanted to visit, eg the bull-ring. A very very pleasant place to stay which I would recommend to anybody visiting Seville (not sure why it'... what people say » s only got two stars?) - Excellent location within walking distance of major sites; very friendly and helpful front desk staff; on-site restaurant is convenient and popular, especially for breakfast; rooms are nice-sized, very clean, and well-equipped; much better than we expected from a 2-star hotel.
