We arrived on Friday late night (around 1:30 am) , the owner was waited for us and make us feel like pleasure and convenience. The suite room we got was beautiful with great view and huge space.
During our all staying Miriam from the reception helped with very useful recommendations and great tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat.

The room was really spacious with a lovely view of the town and countryside. The lady on recpetion was wonderful. The whole place smelled great and there was a lovely communal sitting room. It was a great place for us to spend our first anniversary. Although we only stayed one night, it's in a great location for Bilboa airport and you could easily do a day trip to San Sebastian or into other countryside areas. We just found it really relaxing and a nice welcoming place to stay.

The invitation to make ourselves feel at home! The staff were so helpful, the stylish hotel was very comfortable and spacious and the outside views were spectacular.
We even had a picnic one evening which we bought from the hotel vending machine and washed it down with the wine we had left from the previous evening's meal!! Perfect chill out place

The staff were particularly helpfull especially when the remote control for my car was disabled due to the adjacent government which had a radar exclusion zone. - The room was spacious, newly decorated, spotlessly clean, and elegant. Stayed 4 nights at this well-managed hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. Our room (junior suite) had a great view on the river and the Guggenheim museum. The coloured windows are a somewhat strange gimmick, but you get used to it after a while. We enjoyed being able to rent bicycles at the hotel and discover Bilbao at our own speed. Break

What it lacks in extras, it makes up for in being clean, modern, offering a good breakfast, and a great spot in front of the beach. Parking off-season is free & easy on road running parallel to beach.
