  We arrived on Friday late night (around 1:30 am) , the owner was waited for us and make us feel like pleasure and convenience. The suite room we got was beautiful with great view and huge space. During our all staying Miriam from the reception helped with very useful recommendations and great tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat. The lady on recpetion was wonderful. The whole place smelled great and there was a lovely communal sitting room. It was a great place for us to spend our first anniversary. Although we only stayed one night, it's in a great location for Bilboa airport and you could easily do a day trip to San Sebastian or into other countryside areas. We just found it really relaxing and a nice welcoming place to stay.

  This didn't feel like any other hotel, it was like you were staying in someone's home - from the decor to the breakfast to the way we were treated. The double room we got was very comfortable and it looked like a little cottage in the city. The owner was very friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). The room was so homey-it was nice to go out in the rain and go "home" to a warm and comfortable room. The heaters worked quickly and the room was large and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good-tea/coffee and an assortment of bread products (and fruit and yogurt, if desired).   A great little Hotel right on the beach and with a well kept 2 mile long promanade overlooking the beach and across the water to the port area of Bilbao. We enjoyed being able to rent bicycles at the hotel and discover Bilbao at our own speed. Breakfast includes some quite tasty bread! - The free bikes were great. Bilbao is excellent for cycling around and we managed to get way further than on foot. Staff were really exceptionally friendly and pleasant. We used their package that included the bikes and Guggenheim tickets. Convenient. Ideally situated for the Guggenheim and old city.
