  I booked this for the motogp weekend, it was possibly my best holiday ever! The appartment is very new very clean very comfortable and very good. If you are a 50 year old biker you do get the odd wtf look from spotty students but no surprise, cos you are in the university accomodation. secure parking was available for paltry amounts plus I had a ... what people say » balcony. Nice place nice people, if you are nice go! - Staff was very helpful offering maps and list of the best sites to visit during Las Fallas Festival. There is a laundromat downstairs, and lots of great places for souvlakies nearby.

  Simple and good value for money, although by shopping around you can find hotel rooms at this price. I had a simple room without a television but the superior rooms do have a TV. The beds are basic but comfortable enough. The staff are normally dealing with students so the check-in/out is functional rather than personable. The residence is only 20... what people say » 0m or so from the Tarongers tram stop from where you can get to the beach in 15 minutes and the centre of town in 20 minutes. - I liked the smiling and helpful staff. Towers were changed and bed was made everyday. Excellent national food in the canteen. Wifi access without trouble. 15 minutes on foot to the awesome beach. Public transport within walking distance. Free shampoo and shower gel.

  The room was spotless and very comfortable with an electric heater to take away the chill. Bed was comfortable and extra blankets/throws were available, you just had to ask. Only stayed two nights, and would not really want to stay much longer but that was mainly down to location and not that much to see in Calpe out of season. Breakfast was basic... what people say » continental but more than adequate and freshly prepared. Would use again if in the area and would recommend for value and cleanliness. - Great little family business and the lady that looked after us was just lovely. The room was clean, nicely decorated and, although basic, had everything we needed for our one night stay. We were here in November so were the only guests, I think, but I imagine it would still be quiet in high season and would be cool.

  Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Room was comfortable and very clean, and staff went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable, and that the heating was adequate. We ate in the restaurant and were surprised that the Menu dai was 20 Euro rather than the !0 Euro we had understood it to be. Without any prompting the waiter... what people say » informed us during the meal that the price would be reduced to 15 Euro as we were hotel guests. Quite good value at that price. - Everything! This was such an excellent hotel that we went back again at the end of our stay. The hotel is in a beautiful location and the hotel is spotless. The pool was lovely and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food in the staurant is superb and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet, friendly relaxing and authentic Spanish hotel.

  Friendliest staff I´ve met at a hostel and there were always activities planned for the day and night. The whole place just has a great atmosphere about it all the time. - It was really close to the yoga studio I was visiting! And it had a really friendly atmosphere + nice person in the reception :))
