We've liked everything in Casa Cosy: exceptional welcome and guests support, location, sufficient kitchenette equipment & amenities, that include well operating conditioning, sound proofing, coffee machine&capsules, fruits&juicer, etc. And welcome Champaign was 'just in time'! Thanks! Apartment is recently renovated and nice decorated. Beds are very comfortable and bedding is at great quality. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. Enjoy!

Emilio was very helpful with all our questions and concerns, and was willing to work at our schedule rather than his. Shower stall glass door came off the hinges and shattered, but It was cleaned and replaced in no time with no fuss. Clean and modern apartment with new furnishings.

Clean and modern studio. Friendly Mrs Beatriz was very helpful. The equipment included all utilities. Heating was necessary in December. Typically in Spain, the floors were made of stone, so I recommend indoor shoes or woolen socks.
Excellent location, close to the marina and promenade. The old city restaurants and cafes was around the corner.

We were in 'Tabarca' on the 4th floor - it is an ultramodern apartment, centrally located. All the fittings were new and of a high standard. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were very helpful, too.
Re the 'ladies' nearby - this is NOT a red light area! There were no kerb crawlers etc. Not to be too unkind but I thought they were grandmothers waiting to meet grandchildren - and they caused no problem. It is was only after seeing them (normally 2) for a few days, I realised what the
