  Beautiful building, very traditional and well cared for in centre of old town. Parking right outside hotel. Good sized room with superb bathroom in mosaic. Friendly and enthusiastic staff who despite not speaking English managed to communicate very effectively. Very different from your average hotel and this was its charm. - Beautiful, comfortable rooms; friendly and helpful staff; unique historic Alhambra-inspired building; hearty breakfast; pool; gorgeous gardens and view all the way to the sea; internet access; walking distance to historic sites in city. We were fortunate to receive a mesmerizing tour of the impressive art featured throughout the building.

  Very nice and quiet place, good choice of dinning around. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel (and quite cheap as children eat free of charge). He is smiling all the time and it's very pleasant. The hotel was good also, clean, located on the hill with a nice view. It was easy to park our car just front of the hotel. The pool temperature was great. I recommend this hotel with a very good value-price !

  The staff/owner was great. Could not ask for anything better; breakfast was very good. Antiques everywhere. Close to the Mt. Teide and within minutes to the 500+ year old Pine tree. Highly recommend. - Simple room but warm and comfortable enough. Restaurant good value: simple well cooked food. Nice breakfast.

  Right in city center, but no noise during the night. Lower part of the city, so no long walks or difficult descent. Friendly staff. Ok for 2 or 3 days, don't stay any longer.

  La Vista was a very friendly place and tastefully decorated and beautifully maintained. The food was also excellent - we ate there for all 7 days of our stay - there was no need to go elsewhere. Martin and Mila were excellent hosts with lots of useful information. I had a room with 3 floors (tv and kitchen / bedroom and bathroom/ solarium) it was clean. The sea is close and you can go to a family beach or surf spot. The swimming pool is nice. And yes it is gayfriendly.

  Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus just outside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked across the road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for 5 euros. The guy ar reception was friendly and mentioned the resataurant was open, although I couldnt hear anything and it all looked dese... what people say » rted, however the cafe / bar next door is connected and I had an excellent dinner , menu of the day, for 12 euros with a beer, water, and a glass of w - very reasonable price, close to citycenter, surprisingly clean bathroom, balcony, modern-looking furniture and equippement. we booked it so we could visit the town, find it is the ideal reason to go. wifi free and OK, helful staff (if spoke english). would reccomend to most of my friends.
