  Myself and husband stayed at Columbus for the 4th time room was a studio apartment very big and maids cleaned every day, staff where pleasant and helpful and Hotel was very clean, if need quiet room you need new block at back of hotel by other swimming pool, the sun shines that side all day also shines if in rooms with odd numbers as face swimming... what people say » pool. Hotel really good if people jump in pool during night they are fined or asked to leave Hotel, Location is fa - The studio room we stay in was very big ,it was clean it was one of the best apts I stayed in .couldn't fault it at all.staff were excellent very helpful.

  Very nice and quiet place, good choice of dinning around. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel (and quite cheap as children eat free of charge).   The staff are superb any time of day or night! The sense of peace you get throughout the hotel. The facilities are excellent. I've seen bad comments about the breakfast and evening food in the restaurant. I don't agree with the breakfast comments - the 2 times we've been there we've had a variety of freshly prepared food, I've stayed in similar ho... what people say » tels in the area and had very much worse!! - To start, my girlfriend and I are a young couple in our mid 20's. All in all we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Tenerife. There seems to be a debate about the rating of the hotel on this site (4* or 5*). All in all the hotel is beautiful and providing your are not a complete fusspot you'd find it hard to fault it.

  Very clean and perfect location , airport bus stop just at the corner ( La Paz) .Botanic Garden not far from us and big supermarket opposite. We got off at bus stop and bought food for dinner after sightseeing. Lots of bars , restaurants and shops .So we did't need to walk down to centro and walked back over 300 steps. Sea - I would recommend Masaru since we found everything extremely nice. The value/price is very good. The staff was very friendly and kind not just simply polite. The location is very good. Nice area, shops, bars and low traffic. Pool area was well maintained. Food was excellent and there were no hidden expenses when checking-out.

  1) Ocean view is unbelievable! 2) Very tasty and variety dinner with a lot of seafood, meat steaks, fruits etc. Breakfast was also very nice 3) From early morning till 9 p.m the entrance to the short way to the beach is open. It takes 15 minutes to walk to beach or Logo Martinez. 4) In 7 minutes walk there is bus station with connection to airpor... what people say » ts, volcano Teide, Santa Cruz, La Orotava etc. You could ask for a map on hotel reception. 5) Room is big enough, clean and nice. The sun is never shi - The hotel was very clean and staff were efficient, polite and attentive. The location was convenient if you wanted to walk into town our walk the the next beach though you would need some time to do either and be quite fit.. Excellent value for money. We have recommended it to another couple who have booked a few days in the hotel and know it.

  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Clearly they have an excellent rota to clean not only the main things that people can see ... what people say » immediately but also for the things that people don't necessarily notice. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.
