  Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  Very accommodating and friendly staff who were happy to speak English. Pleasant pool-side, dining areas (inside and out). Fair sized bedroom and balcony with views (bit restricted by tall pines). If driving - trip to Far a bit hairy! - Location - away from the busy Cala Ratjada town and harbour but within easy and pleasant walking distance. Minutes from the pretty and small Cala Gat beach and the short coast walk around to Cala Ratjada. Rooms and poolside very clean and all staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast facilities. We were the only Brits in the hotel, but thats OK with us and no different from expected.

  Everything was amazing - I wanted to practice my Spanish and they were so patient with me and told me the words when i wasn't sure. The staff were the best I have ever come across they went above and beyond, Manu made the best drinks with his own twist and was genuine with a brilliant sense of humour and wa more like a friend, Diane and Jemma were... what people say » so so lovely made my husband and I feel so welcome and you felt felt like you had known them for a lifetime, and Tomeu the director was excellent so - The stuff was really frienly, it was as we came to our close friends or relatives to spend our vacation! They tried to do everything to make our stay pleasant and they really did it! Plus, good rooms with a lot of space even if it is a single room! Certainly, good food in the morning and perfect dinner in the evening! Everything was delicios! Also my parents said there was best sangria in the town (and I believe them as they tried it a lot in the town)
