Everything was amazing - I wanted to practice my Spanish and they were so patient with me and told me the words when i wasn't sure. The staff were the best I have ever come across they went above and beyond, Manu made the best drinks with his own twist and was genuine with a brilliant sense of humour and wa more like a friend, Diane and Jemma were so so lovely made my husband and I feel so welcome and you felt felt like you had known them for a lifetime, and Tomeu the director was excellent so .
all reviews » The stuff was really frienly, it was as we came to our close friends or relatives to spend our vacation! They tried to do everything to make our stay pleasant and they really did it! Plus, good rooms with a lot of space even if it is a single room! Certainly, good food in the morning and perfect dinner in the evening! Everything was delicios! Also my parents said there was best sangria in the town (and I believe them as they tried it a lot in the town). Just on the outskirts of the heart of santa ponsa. A short stroll to everything. Staff were so helpful and friendly, amazing people. We travelled with our teenage children who agreed we had made the right choice. A very relaxing hotel. Would definately return and recommend. Spotless hotel throughout nothing negative. If anyone say different they just didn't ask a staff member for help. The hotel had a smart boutique feel about it from the street level entrance, through to the cocktail bar ending with the rooms. The staff were amazing - friendly and helpful; nothing seemed to be too much trouble. It was in a great quiet location yet close to the beach and the lively end of the resort. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Have every intention to return. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. This hotel has its own style. It has very good value for money. The staff is very-very friendly. Location is very good, not far from the beach, we could see the seaside from our balcon. We really liked the dinners, the music. Great location, next to bars, tasty restaurants, close to two beaches and bus station. Bicycles could be rented next door! Parking could also be found down the street. I liked the cleanliness of the place, it had a nice feel although quite small it was a cozy room with balcony terrace. The place was nicely lit up of an evening with torches and had breakfast included. I only stayed for 2 nights but have no bad feedback really!. Clean and run very professionally. The self service breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked. All staff members were very helpful.Pool area was small but well set out.Close to good restuarants. Puddles in shower, one bed instead of twin; safe and TV control for extra payment. Having to pay for the room safe as extra and no mini bar or fridge so if you don't have your own drinks you don't drink!!. Not able to park to car?. Shadows from nearby hotels cast shadows in the afternoon but no big deal because the beach is very nearby. Nothing at all. You have to pay for a fridge. If you havea halfboard, you have to eat inside. You can't eat on terrace. Parking tricky but possible. Wifi and Internet was slow and intermittent. Nothing. Room was very small A lightbulb was out No place to put toilet bags in bathroom. Nothing. The hotel used to have a lovely atmosphere and was a lovely place to bring your children. The hotel now has no atmosphere and would not be a place that we would bring our children. The bar is empty most of the time and the evening social life that we used to enjoy and spend a lot of money within the hotel has all gone. Pretty yes Perfect not by a long chalk.
