  Everything was just perfect!! We had a lovely stay!! We´ve been to many hotels but this one was deffinetly the best!!!!! The only negative thing I found about the hotel is that not all staff spoke Spanish, and as a Spanish customer and staying in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) the minimum I expect is all members of staff to speak the language!

  This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

  Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  Best location possible for magaluf. Only steps from bcm nightclub, the beach and every fast food joint known. Huge pool inside with djs that play all day. We just missed the bands and international djs but that looks insane when it starts. Also allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Would deffs come back again. Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation. The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat
