  Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  Best location possible for magaluf. Only steps from bcm nightclub, the beach and every fast food joint known. Huge pool inside with djs that play all day. We just missed the bands and international djs but that looks insane when it starts. Also allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Would deffs come back again.   The hotel was recently completed renovated with a very good taste, quality, comfort and beauty. I stayed 5 days at the hotel and everything was perfect during my stay. One of the most amazing atraction of the hotel is the beach view. I stayed in the last floor(6th) with the view directly to the pool and beach.   A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... what people say » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  Food excellent. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great value for money. Elderly relative did find all the steps up to the room quite difficult. We didn't have young children with us but there seemed to be good entertainment for them.
