  Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant. Each block has it's own swimming pool so you can sit and relax in your patio area and be watching them. The cleaniness was second to none.   I like everything about the hotel facilities however the rooms need to be more clean and disinfected because the room I stayed had little cockroaches and other creepy things moving around which made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep perhaps it just that room but, when I was about to check-in I saw some guest at the reception complaining about ... what people say » their room not being cleaned and reception showed a very nonchalant attitude towards it. Although it was a great place to stay. I meet Mr Alan who rea - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at oasis lanz, the pool area was beautiful and well maintained.The location of the hotel is perfect and the staff were very helpful. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was excellent value, the singer was great too. We are regular holiday travellers, so we have plenty to compare with. We would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

  the apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable, room layout felt amazing and quality of facilities on a very high level, including toaster and orange squeezer, nice new kettle. the hotel itself is extremely huge and it has thousands of small pools if you need some privacy and few large ones with entertainment for kids and adults. probably... what people say » would come again. - We loved being able to see the mountains from the balcony, and the lovely layout of the resort. It was great for us as a family as there was plenty to see and do. The food was varied and to a high standard and we would love to come back and stay here again. The pool bartender (i think it was Josef) was very friendly and always made us welcome.

  I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice. The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. - Great atmospher... what people say » e for family and kids - unhurried and friendly. Free buffet breakfast each morning was excellent. Short walk to nearby restaurants and shops in beach town. Beautiful and small beach perfect for young children. On New Years eve they worked until early in the morning and was dancing with everyone, they are all very hyper and like and dance like Veronica ( good thing ) she was great and all the children loved her and wouldn't leave her al... what people say » one! Top animated for me and my children. - The staff were fantastic. Never met such a friendly bunch. They would all go out of their way to help. Entertainment for the kids from mini club through to evening events was perfect for my 3 and 6 year old boys. Rooms have been recently refurbished and were of an extremely high standard and spotlessly clean. We had a sea view which I would throughly recommend.

  We have travelled with a group of three friends and stayed in a junior suite. We were very satisfied with the hotel in general, especially with the location and the staff in the reception and in the spa. Everybody was extremely kind and helpful, and cheerful! The room was large, clean and well equipped. The extra bed was quite big, enough for an a... what people say » dult. We wished we could have stayed longer! - We loved pretty much everything, we were self catering and the apartment was fabulous, modern and well equiped with a toaster, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. It also had great aircon, a flat screen TV and hairdryer, The pool area was fabulous overlooking the sea. Luckily our apartment opened onto the pool area -very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

  Excellent villa for a group of 6 friends. Nice and spacious and having our own private heated pool was a luxury. It's rare to find heated pools in the canaries! Didn't hire a car but a cab into playa blanca was 4euros between 6 of us. Beatrice was lovely and we had a problem with the lock on the bathroom door and someone arrived within 10 minutes ... what people say » to fix it. Would definitely recommend this villa.
