I like everything about the hotel facilities however the rooms need to be more clean and disinfected because the room I stayed had little cockroaches and other creepy things moving around which made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep perhaps it just that room but, when I was about to check-in I saw some guest at the reception complaining about their room not being cleaned and reception showed a very nonchalant attitude towards it. all reviews » We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at oasis lanz, the pool area was beautiful and well maintained.The location of the hotel is perfect and the staff were very helpful. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was excellent value, the singer was great too. We are regular holiday travellers, so we have plenty to compare with. We would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future. This is my second time staying in the Oasis Lanz and we love it here. I travel with my Mom and sister. Reception were so helpful with any query we had. Lovely surroundings, the plants outside each patio are so nice. Apartments are spacious and clean although a bit dated. But we didn't mind that. We are planning to come back next year. Thank you. The pools and grounds are great and the poolside bar is very nice with choice of food and drink the apartments we were in are a nice size but are starting to look tired reception and all staff are nice and friendly any request was dealt with quickly,we have stayed there seven times now and will go again next year. for me the complex is in the best location in costa teguise being located between the beech and the main town centre, having stayed here on many occasions in the past I find all the staff friendly and helpful in particular the reception staff of Anna, Jonny, Carole and Natalie. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. the pool and all areas were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The apartment was well equiped, the beds were firm, the towel and linen was clean and there was plenty of storage space. The hotel is nice. They have 2 big pools, one of them is heated. Also, tennis court, spa, gym and it all free. We booked just a room, but it included the all these facilities. It is just in between 2 beaches, and it was just 5 minutes away. having more facilities than most places we can travel with hand luggage as having a laundry makes all the difference apartments are very private no one looking in each other veranda 10 out of 10 vg and thank you again. I love the place I really enjoyed it. What I did not like is the attitude of the receptionists all of them that I meet had a very negative attitude towards things. They need to be more pleasant and polite when dealing with costumers. I was really put off by their nonchalant attitude. the only fault i can think of is the apartment furnisher was a bit dated, but was still adequate. People in overhead apartments could be very noisy. I didnt like the guests hogging the sunbeds by placing towels on them. Sometimes there were more towels by the pool than people! The beds by the pool were a bit worn out and many could do with being replaced. x non app. Painting in apartment needs to be properly done.The ceiling in bathroom was disgraceful - seems to be leaking from apartment on 3rd floor also bath was not great and shower was not good either. Also a weird smell from towels. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment but when we got there there was none available.. Anna the girl on reception was very sorry and apologetic but she was thrown in at the deep end with no manager to back her up. They offered us a reverbished room which was lovely but didnt make up for the lack of space that we were hoping for.. Also there is a severe lack of sunbeds and if you werent up by 8am you hadnt a hope of getting one. not enough night entertainment for kids, beds a little hard. Rooms need a little attention to basic maintenance. But nothing major. Apartments are getting tired and need an upgrade. appt could be updated but very clean. Rooms needed an upgrade we stayed in 233. Nothing. Furniture in the apartment requires refurbishment. sun beds need up dating. Having to get up at 6 to reserve a sunbed before everyone else had. Man drilling by the pool all day.4euro a day to watch tv is very steep. they are replacing tired furniture but have along way to go. needed more towel changes and bed sheets changed. wifi cost therefore used the nazaret facilities (pools n free wifi). The overall appearance of the appartments looks tired and in need of smarting up. I do understand that this is happening, but I hope this will not result in pricing the appartments out of my price range. our 2 bed apt was spacious, everything we needed. The fact that sun loungers were better in one pool side then the other , Apartments need updating. Rooms are looking a bit tired and smelled a bit damp. Had to be very careful in the kitchen as there were ants everywhere. accomadation Room 208 decore and furniture very tired. bath was badly chipped and rusty, kitchen needed a better clean, floortiles outside bedroom loose. room 218 was better but needs a good decorate. curtains in both rooms need cleaning. Timeshare attitude and rows White goods and general decor are very tired. Staying directly over childrens pool making it very noisey also the apartment was in a state of disrepair. Could do with a bit updating in rooms. Didn't like the fact we couldn't keep our room on as we were flying late at night. Also the showers we used because we didn't have a room, were not up to my standards. i.e cleanliness, no shower curtain etc. Very tired in need of a refurb, glad only there 3 nights. Maintainance work going on above us, poor entertainment, very expensive food. They only look after guests in their "club" rooms. Our friends room was cleaned 4 times in a week and our room ( 242) wasn't cleaned once. Absolutely disgusted. Won't go there again and will advise everyone to avoid the place. rooms where damp only had one change of towels all week and no change of bedding.
