  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier. The breakfast/dinner buffet was great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations. The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind the reception. Hotel Escorial will be our first choice for future trips to Gran Canaria, and we'll defin - The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

  A nice, quiet hotel with many pool areas and friendly staff. Nice rooms, a good variety of foods in the breakfast and dinner. All in all a very pleasant stay! - Hotell staff in restaurant very friendly and profesional. Animators are great, specially Ivana, Adam, Kristinaand Chorche. Resort inside is nice and well serviced.

  We stayed there for nearly a month, great place, apartments with lovely huge terraces and sunbeds. Kitchen full with all the things you need even the oven, juicer and coffee maker which for 3* is not that common. Taurito itself is much nicer then Puerto Rico - if somebody wants more quiet town. Overall nice relaxing place with very fri - The best hotel we stayed in Canary Islands! The Staff. They were so kind and speak perfect English and some other language like Swedish and Japanese as well. We asked for extra towels and some other stuffs, we left our room and came back to the room after 10 minutes maybe, then everything was fixed and prepared. Lovely, warm and cosy pool with a life guard. Perfect pool side bar! You do not need to worry about a bad equiped kichen, we hade everything (with high standard) there! And the vie
