  This is a fantastic place to stay. I agree with a previous review, it is more like a quality bed & breakfast as it is a large house that has been exceptionally well restored but retaining lots of the original features and character. The lady that met us at the reception was very helpful and the whole hotel was immacuatly clean. Excellent break... what people say » fast for only 5 Euro's, we were a group of four friends travelling on motorcycles and this hotel offers free reletivly secure off road parking. - Such a beautiful place to stay... the hotel and rooms where stunning. the couple running the hotel were really friendly and helpful. really comfortable beds, an amazing bathroom and just like staying in a grand property. A bit hard to find as there arent many street signs, which is not the fault of the hotel, but make sure you print a good map and directions first!

  Beautiful location, three kilometers from the town, out on the headland beside the old lighthouse. I was the only guest in the hotel the night I stayed, but the staff were very welcoming and friendly. One of them had to stay the night because i was there. The room was very nice. I had windows on three sides, so could see the lighthouse, the sunri... what people say » se and the visitors arriving the following morning. the restaurant was nice, although it was a little odd being the only guests there. They had nothi - The position of the Hotel was fascinating. The evening meal was great, it was a shame there were only 4 people for dinner. It was very nice and economical.   This was our first trip to Yigo after many trips to other areas of Spain. We only spent 1 night here which could have been more. The staff and owners are very attentive and helpful. They recommended a restaurant down the way for eating fish and seafood which was very local and had the best seafood ever! The shower in our room was very nice and had easy access. The bed w - Everything. This hotel is wonderfull. The location is perfect, at the apex of the waterfront, the grand avenues and the old city. A beautiful old building completely refurbished, and rooms were well appointed. The owners are very professional and very personable, and attentive to small details. I recomended this hotel to anyone. A 4 star hotel at 3 star prices.

  Everything!!! The staff was more than excellent! The building is amazing! It´s an old stone house immaculately reconditioned and extremely well decorated. The rooms are big and cosy! it has an incredible restaurant and tapas bar with the best food ever! it also has a very beautifull outdoor-garden area for relaxing where you can enjoy some drinks.... what people say » There is an area with a billiard table, darts etc. The breakfast was complete. It is the best place we have ever stayed in. Higly recommended!!! - Perfect staff. Lovely food, perfectly presented and we have dined at the best in the world.

  This is a lovely B&B run by a darling young couple. The husband is a french chef and the food is some of the best you can get in Spain. And lots of fois gras! The rooms were spacious with all necessary comforts. Ours had a spa tub and views of the river.   We had no problems parking-and ended up seeing the hotel as soon as we emerged from the garage-perfect! It's right next to the police station, so very quiet and safe (not that other parts of the city aren't). It was a very short walk to the cathedral and the city was fantastic to wander through. The heat was on, there was a hair dryer for me to use, they even had an electric kettle and tea sitting in our room - It was excellent in all ways * it was clean, nicely designed , bright, warm, open and friendly , just around the corner from the cathedral, but with ready access to taxis too. the staff , Diego and the young woman (whose name I didn't get) were exceptionally friendly and helpful ~~ in short a delightful place !! I d stay there again ~~)
