  The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.   The facilities were excellent, the power shower was amazing, laptop with free internet and all the finishing touches to the decor etc really made the difference. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road. Staff was very friendly and tried to help (we in fact booked a Flamenco show from the front desk). One of the staff - Alex - stood apart and really tried to help as much as possible.

  Staff friendly and helpful. - it's a small hotel, we are not very fond of the big hotels with more than 200 rooms and this was a nice size. Also, it's easy to reach from the aerobus.

A fantastic location, within 3 minutes walk from Sangrada Cathedral.
