  Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were always friendly and the spa was great especially given that it is included in the price of the room, unlike most hotels. The restaurant is great as well. Todo estaba perfecto. - If you visit Segovia this hotel must be one of the best choice.

  The total ambience of the hotel and village. The wine tasting together with the tapas was a total surprise but very welcome. We were the only guests that night so we had Mariano to ourselves! We then had a wonderful dinner cooked by his mother, then spent further time in the bar socialising with his father and locals.   We were a little disappointed to find the pool closed but in common with other Spanish Paradors pool season starts 1st June. We were treated to wonderful views of Puebla de Sanabria from our room and the ambience of the hotel was restful, relaxing and of high quality. The staff excelled themselves and exceeded our expectations.
