  Though bit pricy its really an amazing spot and hotel. Awesome building, great spacious rooms, good staff. Gourmet restaurant was closed during our stay but the bistro was excellent too. Beautiful terrace to watch the sunset, have to visit the winery too and go for a walk/ cycle around the vineyards. Very nice place. - The service was incredible,... what people say » the staff very helpful and ready to do whatever needed. But the architecture is transformative! My husband is a retired architect and staying here was a remembering of himself, enlivening. We only wish we had known how wonderful the experience would be and we would have stayed longer.

  The staff were particularly helpfull especially when the remote control for my car was disabled due to the adjacent government which had a radar exclusion zone. - The room was spacious, newly decorated, spotlessly clean, and elegant. It was a great location--easy walk to the Bilbao, great tapas bars three blocks away.

  This is a fantastic hotel to stay in. The hotel is beautifully designed and easy to spot from a distance. The facilities are excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
