  We stayed at the BB for one week in March and were very sorry to come home. We stayed in house number 17 it was clean and tidy and had a newish kitchen and two bathrooms. It had room for five people, however, although there are two bathrooms, the hot water is limited, totally fine for two, however there maybe a delay if five people were wanting a ... what people say » shower (as the heater will need to warm it up again). It has its own private garden. We arrived late on a Saturday night and were greeted by Dina the - having been to playa del ingles several times i would say the closeness to the yumbo the kasbah and plaza centres as well as the beach make it ideally situated

  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  All staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. Very clean even if a little dated. Excellent and very safe swimming facilities (2 pools fenced off with difficult to open gates). Hardly any guests used the pools. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around.   The following were the strong points: Excellent staff, food and drink, value for money, the design of the grounds of Miraflor suites were exceptional and the peacocks were an added bonus for entertainment. Finally the BBQ and dinner in the voodoo bar and restaurant was extremely delicious and fresh.

  Location (bus routes, reasonable shopping mall, beach all within short walk. Quietness. Small, only 48 apartments. Clean, very friendly cleaning staff. Almost whole day sunshine at the pool. Kitchen corner working and rather well equipped. - The whole complex was spotlessly clean. We had 2 apartments and reception let us keep one for 4 extra hour... what people say » s on the last day as a courtesy which was brilliant. Having WiFi was a Godsend.   I found the apartments to be just what I wanted and really had the most fantastic and relaxing time there. They were quiet and peaceful with plenty of space around the pool which was clean and tidy. No footballs or lilos in the pool were allowed!! The complex was full during our stay yet the pool area was completely empty for us to use. Apartment very well equipped for the price and fresh bread rolls were provided every morning!
