  We liked the location and quietness of the area, it was really easy to find on our arrival in playa blanca, and the fact that we could use the facilities of the hotel volcan especially the childrens pool which was much warmer than the villa pool. The villas were very well presented and perfect for our family. We would definately choose to stay her... what people say » e again if we visited playa blanca in the future but would perhaps try August (we stayed in may) with the hope that the pool had warmed up over the su - Location near the ocean, very friendly and very helpful reception, really nice villa, quality new interiours, good furniture, pritty private swimming pool with sunbeds, calm and relax, 5 minutes walking to a small village with many restaurants and shops, 1 minute walking to a seaside promenade. Barbecue zone. Free (!) and fast wi-fi. Very beautiful papagaya beaches are 10 minutes drive. Possibly there are some other beaches close, but we do not know as we traveled by car. In general high value

  Great place ! We booked a room with a sea viea and it was perfect. The pools are very nice. Very good value for money. I would certainly recommend it, especially to young parents with small children. - Food was exccellent

  the apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable, room layout felt amazing and quality of facilities on a very high level, including toaster and orange squeezer, nice new kettle. the hotel itself is extremely huge and it has thousands of small pools if you need some privacy and few large ones with entertainment for kids and adults. probably... what people say » would come again. - We loved being able to see the mountains from the balcony, and the lovely layout of the resort. It was great for us as a family as there was plenty to see and do. The food was varied and to a high standard and we would love to come back and stay here again. The pool bartender (i think it was Josef) was very friendly and always made us welcome.

  We found the location ideal for us. Aparthotel Rubimar is a leasurely 20 to 25 minute walk away from the main port of Playa Blanca. The walk is along the seafront, like a prominard but not in a commercial looking way. There is a market every Wednesday and Saturday just a 5 minute walk from the Hotel, well worth a visit. The indoor pool is a nice 1.3 - Perfect location, with bars, supermarkets and restaurants only a couple of minutes walk away. Excellent room which faced the pool and got the sun all day, which was great to sit on after a day out walking or at the beach. Everything was perfect, especially as myself and my partner were self-catering, and kitchen provided us we everything we needed. Have already recommended the Rubimar to friends.

  I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.   Due to some urgent drainage repairs in a number of the hotel rooms, we were relocated to a nearby hotel, given a complimentary breakfast and a taxi to take us to the new hotel at no extra cost. The staff were extremely helpful and the new hotel was very good too!! - Location was great. Local to shops, bars and eating places.   We found the hotel to be very acceptable, prior to arriving at the hotel we emailed asking them for a refurbished room with a sea view if possible.....their replay was that they would try to accomodate us if possible with regards to our request.....We actualy got what we requested.
