When I informed her that my shorts that had the extra set of keys was stolen at the beach, she was very understanding and told me that there would be no extra charge.   This hostel was very clean and comfortable and was decorated in a modern style. I loved the down comforter on the bed and the spacious lounge with the tv, games and books. They had all the necessities you could need, including a washer and dryer in the basement. I enjoyed this hostel very much and would highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Barcelona. - This hostel is amazing! Very funky! We were upgraded to a hotel room, free of charge, and still had access to use the hostel facilities. The hotel rooms are lovely and new and very clean. Rooms are made up every day and new towels are also given daily (in the hotel). The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is extreamly close to the Sagrada Familiar and a 5 minute walk from the Metro. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

  The room was excellent. Very clean and spacious and bright. Bath with seperate shower was great. Plenty of wardrobe to put luggage and hang and store clothes. Empty fridge - which they place a couple of bottled free water everyday - was great to put some own drinks in. Nice desk to use laptop. Safety box in room, car parking good, bar service... what people say » and food good ... can't think of a fault. - I liked everything about this hotel from the value of money to the services of the staff. I mean, the staff were excellent, offering help at every stage. I told them before hand that I was coming for my honeymoon and they helped made my honeymoon a memorable experience. The hotel is close to everything in the City. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

  casa gracia was absolutely amazing!!! It is located close to diagonal metro station and within walking distance to all the great sites and restaurants. The breakfast was great and didn't end super early like many of the other hostels I've been to.
