Over all, we were glad we chose the hotel, especially because it has a great location: Close to the cathedral and Alcazar and restaurants, and still in a quiet street. We got a room in the 3rd floor, the top floor. Maybe that is why we didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms. It was clean in the room and in the bathroom. Plus with elevator.

Everything was perfect. The owners follow up the booking with helpful emails and keep the right level of contact without being intrusive or overbearing. I can't imagine one thing wrong with this lovely apartment. Facilities, location and certainly value for money. Riccardo was accommodating and arranged for a bit earlier check-in and gave us suggestions for restaurants and attractions in the area. A wonderful property - hopefully next time we will stay longer.

The apartments are extremely good and real value for money. Maria who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very customer friendly too.
We were pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso machine in the apartment too.
The location is superb in the Santa Cruz area, literally just behind the cathedral. You can walk everything and you have the best tapas restaurants around the corner.
These apartments are really to be recommended and so is Sevilla in general.

The place had loads of character, we loved the quirky shapes and designs of the place and our room was delightful, and there are some lovely public spaces. The location was absolutely brilliant, right in the heart of Santa Cruz and close to the cathedral. It was amazing to get such good value accommodation in this spot. The staff were lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are basic, but for people on a budget, the Vergara is a cut above.

The location was fantastic! Loved being in old town in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. We stayed in apt. 6 and thought it was quiet and liked that the bedrooms are in the back away from the pedestrian street. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was hot during our stay. The apartment is so well located in the santacruz area that you have made the best choice. The apartment facilities and the room facilities are modern and the wifi is also very fast. I must mention Mr juan very friendly and very helpful.The santacruz area in sevilla is rocking on weekends and the free flamenco show is just behind the hotel is authentic and fun.
