Crazily I booked the gorgeous rooftop apartment in the middle of July. After a couple of hours in the apartment we had to request a move - just too hot for us after arriving from the Melbourne winter. The staff were so understanding and accommodating. We were moved to an apartment on a lower floor and could not have been happier. The apartment was just as beautiful, comfortable, and thankfully cooler. The plaza the apartment is situated in is very nice, quiet and conveniently close to the Alca. all reviews »
The apartments are extremely good and real value for money. Maria who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very customer friendly too.
We were pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso machine in the apartment too.
The location is superb in the Santa Cruz area, literally just behind the cathedral. You can walk everything and you have the best tapas restaurants around the corner.
These apartments are really to be recommended and so is Sevilla in general.
Perfect location in the historical centre of Sevilla, within 5 min walk to the main attractions. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again when I come back. Highly recommended.
Very nicely remodeled. Had plenty of room for a family of four. Being in central Seville was nice for exploring the city and then coming back to rest for a bit before going out again.

Air conditioning had trouble coping with heat wave. Handles coming off shutters. No lift and steep narrow stairs.
